I stumbled upon this workout yesterday – having been called off work, I had the night free. So I decided it was as good a day as any to try something new!
A couple of notes about this workout:
– It will take some time. It took me about an hour and 10 minutes to finish. Luckily I was kept entertained by 2 episodes of “Chopped” on the Food Network.
– It’s more fun if you change things up a bit. For example, I switched up the crunches and leg lifts every round to target different muscles in my abs & butt.
This was super fun and was a nice change to my normal routine. By the time I got to the run, I was admittedly pooped out. I’ll definitely do it again…As a matter of fact, I might create my own 99 workout. Perhaps sneak in some pullups and burpees?
